This 16 unit West Los Angeles presold in the high $300,000 to low $400,000 range during the latter part of 1998.  The planning concept used 4 typical buildings with 1 basic unit type.  Tuck-under individual parking garages access each unit directly.  There are 4 bedrooms, 12 foot volume ceilings in the Living areas, and private patios in every townhouse.  The traffic noise from Barrington Avenue was mitigated by orienting the units into courtyards while providing views from upper floors.
